Hey there, I’m Caitlin

“Whenever I get overwhelmed, I just think of your motto, ‘With every Stress Comes an Opportunity for success’ and it gives me the inspiration to move forward.”

It’s comments like this that fuel me. They fuel me to keep learning, keep growing, and keep pursuing uncommon opportunities. They encourage me to keep telling stories and to continue pursuing one of my greatest passions: inspiring students to take advantage of their high school/college years.

Because you have a choice. You can choose to go to class and lay low, or you can choose to participate and grow. If you’re looking for the following, I think we were meant to be friends:

  • Actionable Content: Topics ranging from building your personal brand, redefining stress, leveraging different communication styles - the list goes on!

  • Energized Speaker: There’s hardly ever traffic in the extra mile - I will always go above and beyond to ensure the message exceeds expectations

  • Proven Results: Standing ovations from small classrooms in Missouri to to 4,800 future leaders in an arena

About
Caitlin

At age 16, Caitlin found herself on the Missouri FBLA State Conference stage campaigning in front of a group of 4,000 people. That is where she claims her craving for uncommon opportunities began. Over the next four years, Caitlin found herself leading over 40,000 people through diverse organizations and speaking on stages across the United States. At age 20, with no financial experience, Caitlin landed a job on Wall Street and moved from her Missouri hometown (where there were certainly more cows than people), to downtown New York City where she began writing her next chapter.

Caitlin believes your young adult years are the ultimate platform to jumpstart your journey to building a life you’re proud of. From the moment you enter high school to the moment you walk across the graduation stage, she discusses the countless opportunities to define yourself and the concious decisions you can make to set yourself up for success. Caitlin has shared stories of pursuit, determination, and the power of gratitude on stages and in classrooms across the United States.

In her free time, Caitlin actively volunteers with the Organization for Autism Research and serves on the Board of Directors for the Missouri State Alumni Association. Caitlin enjoys hiking, podcasts, and exploring local coffee shops (regardless if she needs the caffeine). Her claims to fame include being voted “most likely to survive on 3 hours of sleep a night” in the 12th grade and continuing to move forward… even though one foot is a whole size larger than the other.

She would enjoy the opportunity to discuss customizing a message for your crew. Click the button below to learn more!
