You being here is my dream

At age 16, Caitlin found herself on the Missouri FBLA State Conference stage campaigning in front of a group of 4,000 people. That is where she claims her craving for uncommon opportunities began. Over the next four years, Caitlin found herself leading over 40,000 people through diverse organizations and speaking on stages across the United States. At age 20, with no financial experience, Caitlin landed a job on Wall Street and moved from her Missouri hometown (where there were certainly more cows than people), to downtown New York City where she began writing her next chapter.

Caitlin believes your young adult years are the ultimate platform to jumpstart your journey to building a life you’re proud of. Uncovering opportunities to define yourself and pinpointing decisions that set you up for success is her passion. Caitlin has shared stories of pursuit, determination, and the power of gratitude on stages and in classrooms across the United States.

In her free time, Caitlin actively volunteers with the Organization for Autism Research and serves on the Board of Directors for the Missouri State Alumni Association. Caitlin enjoys hiking, podcasts, and exploring local coffee shops (regardless if she needs the caffeine). Her claims to fame include being voted “most likely to survive on 3 hours of sleep a night” in the 12th grade and continuing to move forward… even though one foot is a whole size larger than the other.
